It’s the Vendemmia, or grape harvest season in Tuscany and we invite you to join in the celebrations with a Tuscan wine dinner. During this season, the rolling hills come alive with golden hues from soft September rays, the air carries the sweet scent of ripening grapes, and the vineyards buzz with activity. Taste luscious wines from picture-postcard vineyards to pair with the sumptuous cuisine. We have specially reserved the premium Culatello Di Parma, aged for 12 months in underground cellars, from Parma in North Italy. Unlike Parma Ham, Culatello comes from the thigh of pigs from Parma. A highly prized DOP (Denominazione d' Origine Protetta) product, which stands for the highest quality from protected traditional regions, with quality testing and tracking to confirm the exact origins, processing, and approval authorities of the product.
